With a solid academic foundation that includes a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, a Graduate Diploma in Art and Design from the University
for the Creative Arts, and a Master’s in Architecture from the Canterbury School of Architecture,
this architect brings over ten years of diverse, international experience spanning Bahrain,
England, Niger, and Nigeria. Throughout their career, they have consistently demonstrated a
meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that each phase of design and documentation is executed
with precision and care, whether working on large-scale urban projects or intimate cultural spaces. At the same time, they remain intellectually curious and open to exploring new methodologies,
materials, and technologies that push the boundaries of conventional practice—an adaptability honed by navigating varied regulatory environments, climatic conditions, and client expectations across four distinct countries. Currently,
they are focused on making a deliberate transition toward Building Information Modeling (BIM), recognizing its potential to enhance collaboration, streamline workflows, and improve project outcomes on an international scale. Crucially, this shift is guided by a deepening commitment to sustainability—integrating passive design strategies, energy-efficient systems, lifecycle analysis, and responsible material selection into a cohesive, data-driven design process that prioritizes both environmental stewardship and architectural excellence, informed by firsthand experience in both resource-constrained and highly regulated construction contexts.
